In stark contrast to the grand scale of the Main Dining Room downstairs, The Board Room provides an intimate space accomodating up to twenty guests. The Board Room can be closed off or left open to adjoin the adjacent Gallery.

From its circular window, magnificently framed mirror and double-sided fireplace, to the linen wallpaper, velour seats and anagre wood tables, The Board Room is enchanting to the senses. Most spectacular of all are the period photographs unearthed at auctions and antique print shops focusing on the landmark Islip Speedway and the Islip Airport, complete with photos of Charles Lindbergh and Amelia Earhart.
